✨ Short version
Play nicely, don't be a jerk, don't try to break the game. Premium is cancellable any time. We can suspend abusive accounts. Everything below is just the longer version of that.

Using the service
Boy Girl Game is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. You don't need to pay to use the core game. You agree to use it in line with these terms and applicable law.

Accounts and age
You're responsible for keeping your account password safe and for anything done through your account. Boy Girl Game is suitable for ages 6 and up. If you're under 13, your parent or guardian should be aware that you're using this service.

Behaviour
Don't use Boy Girl Game to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten other players.
- Share personal information about other players or yourself in chat.
- Try to bypass the content filter, anti-cheat, or rate limits.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service.
- Impersonate someone else, including staff.
We can mute, suspend, or delete accounts that break these rules.

Premium subscription
Premium is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you sign up. You can cancel any time. You'll keep Premium until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.

Coins and in-game stuff
Coins and cosmetic items earned in-game have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and aren't transferable between accounts. They may be reset if we make significant changes to the game economy.

Content you submit
You keep ownership of anything you type in. By submitting it (chat messages, display names, game answers), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the game and store it as needed to make the service work.

Availability
We aim to keep the game online but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take it down for maintenance. Premium subscribers won't be charged for periods of significant downtime.

Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
